Sirio is seeking an experienced Cabin Server to support a privately managed aircraft based in Milan, Italy .
This role is ideal for a hospitality-focused professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality service in a private aviation environment. The Cabin Server plays a key role in ensuring the seamless operation of the cabin and onboard service experience, while maintaining the highest standards of safety, discretion, professionalism, and passenger care.
Working closely with the flight crew, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering tailored onboard experiences, maintaining exceptional cabin presentation standards, and supporting a smooth and comfortable journey for passengers.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a consistently high standard of onboard service, comfort, and hospitality throughout the passenger journey.
- Provide responsive and personalized support while maintaining professional service standards and discretion.
- Coordinate, prepare, and present catering and beverage services in accordance with passenger preferences and company procedures.
- Prepare passengers and cabin areas for takeoff, landing, and other phases of flight in accordance with safety procedures.
- Welcome passengers onboard in a professional, courteous, and discreet manner.
- Maintain cabin cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards before, during, and after flights.
