About the Role As a member of Smartness' Sales team for the Italian Market, you will be part of a cohesive, high-performing team whose goal is to make us the No. 1 hospitality software in the region.
This is a full-time position, based in one of our offices in Arco, Milan, Rome or Barcelona.
You will support the expansion of Smartness in the Italian market through the following activities:
Sales negotiation - you will manage a busy schedule of online and in-person appointments with potential prospects interested in learning about Smartness. Participation in trade fairs and events - Smartness is present at all major national trade fairs. You will attend 1-2 trade fairs per year and have the opportunity to organize on-site meetings with customers.
Business Development - you will proactively search for new business opportunities through cold calling and cold emailing.
Data analysis and regular reviews - you will hone your analytical skills by learning how to critically read your pipeline, using some of the best and most advanced sales tools on the market.
Reaching the monthly target - your main goal will be to reach and exceed the ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) target, supported by a performance-based premio plan.
Italian as a mother tongue.
Good English skills, B2 level - we are an international company, so you need to be able to understand and interact with others effectively.
Data-driven thinking - you are comfortable analyzing and interpreting data, making decisions based on quantitative evidence and continuously improving your sales approach.
Desire to learn - you are open to hands-on coaching and eager to continuously improve your sales skills.
