You will craft dough, manage fermentation, bake pizzas to Mandarin Oriental standards, and help pre-opening setup and ongoing operations with a focus on quality and consistency.
You will work closely with the culinary team, uphold food safety and HACCP guidelines, and contribute to exceptional guest experiences in a high-volume, upscale environment.
