We are seeking a senior HR leader at Mondi Group to partner with the MD across five sites, drive cohesive decision-making, and lead strategic HR initiatives aligned with Mondi HR strategy.

The role provides guidance to managers and employees on employee relations, performance management, development, and talent systems. It requires native Italian and fluent English, and extensive experience in HR client support within a matrix, industry environment.
