The role We are looking for a Key Account for the Campania region in Italy, responsible for developing and executing channel plans,
coordinating with internal teams, and managing commercial relationships with customers.
What you'll be responsible for Negotiations: Plan, manage, and lead negotiations
Planning: Develop full year plans and monitor the progress
Sales: Achieve sales targets and drive market contribution and support the commercial expansion of the discount channel.
Promotions: Manage promotional programs defined by the Trade Marketing for the Concessionaries managed
Customer needs: Understand customer needs and requirements
Client retention: Develop and implement long‐term strategies to retain clients
Customer service: Resolve customer complaints promptly
Internal communications: Manage internal communications between clients and internal teams
