In this role you will expand and manage a partner ecosystem to drive SaaS/mobile solutions across cybersecurity, ERP, and cloud infrastructure. You will work with cross-functional teams to align partner programs with company goals and enable partner-led sales. The role combines remote work with frequent local travel in Milan, requiring fluency in Italian and English and strong presentation skills. This is an opportunity to scale a growing partner network and make a measurable impact on go-to-market success. Identify, recruit, and onboard channel partners (VARs, system integrators, MSPs, resellers)
~ Manage the full partnership lifecycle from lead gen to enablement and performance optimization
~ Conduct market research to target high-potential partners aligned with the SaaS portfolio
~ Develop and execute joint go-to-market and co-marketing programs
~ Conduct quarterly business reviews with partner executives to ensure mutual success and growth
~ Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align programs with company goals
~3-5 years in B2B solution sales to large accounts as new business hunter or sales rep/manager at reseller/system-house or software vendor
~ Experience managing full sales cycle from acquisition to closing with proven track record
~ Experience in selling Mobile Applications, SAAS, or Enterprise xrdztoy Mobility Management solutions to large accounts (asset)
~ Fluent Italian and good English
~ Solution-oriented, results-driven, professional attitude
~ Self-sufficient with ability to work from home and adapt to changing environments
~ Valid driver's license for frequent local travel
