The Senior Manager Field Service is responsible for leading the overall Service and Field Applications organization in Italy, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer support while driving operational excellence, business growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director Italy, this senior leadership role oversees all Field Service, Field Applications, and service performance activities across the country. The successful candidate will lead a team of Field Service Area Managers and Field Application Managers, with overall responsibility for a nationwide organization of more than 100 people.
This role plays a critical part in supporting business objectives by defining and executing the national service strategy, optimizing service delivery, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring compliance with quality, regulatory, and safety standards.
