Join Medtronic as the Sales Manager for Surgical Innovations (SI), Acute Care & Monitoring (ACM) and Endoscopy across Indirect Africa. This is a high-impact commercial leadership opportunity to shape portfolio strategy, strengthen distributor performance and lead execution across a broad, diverse group of African markets. The role offers the chance to create clear priorities, build team capability and expand patient access to technologies that support surgical care, critical care,
patient monitoring and minimally invasive endoscopic procedures.
The role will operate within a distributor-led business model across Central Africa, Maghreb, Libya and Other French Africa. Frequent travel across the region will be required, subject to business needs and company travel policies. Arabic and/or French language capability is a mandatory requirement alongside strong business English.
Own the regional commercial strategy and AOP delivery for SI, ACM and Endoscopy, translating business priorities into clear country, portfolio and distributor action plans
Lead, coach and develop the field team across Indirect Africa, setting performance expectations, strengthening commercial capability and ensuring consistent execution across markets
Govern distributor performance through structured business reviews, forecasting, pipeline management, inventory planning, pricing discipline and agreed corrective actions
