YOUR MISSION IN THIS ROLE
As Style Advisor, based in Capri, you will bring your unique strengths to the Sales team, helping us bringing the human touch to the luxury experience.
You’ll work closely with the Store Director to drive meaningful results and shape the way we work and grow.
More specifically you will:
Step into a hands-on, minds-on work environment where every challenge and opportunity helps you realize your full potential
Learn the stories behind the Zegna brand, products and craftsmanship, use these to authentically engage with customers as you share our offering and build ongoing relationships with them to make them feel a valued part of the Zegna world
Be accountable to achieve sales targets for your store, executing the plans provided by your store manager, as well as using your own initiative to suggest alternative strategies
Be responsible for ensuring the store’s environment is always on par with what our customers expect of us and well organized. To achieve this, you’ll be involved in visual merchandising, packaging, stockroom management, inventory, cashiering and reporting
