Join our team in Rome, a dynamic and stimulating environment whereyou will be tasked with: analysing the financial performance of target companies to identify the actual financial situation of an enterprise; financial modelling and business planning; independent business reviews of business plans; commercial and operational due diligence; negotiation with the main stakeholders (mainly financial institutions and investors); distressed M&A; (with industrial partners, investment funds, etc.); cash management and turnarounds; cost cutting analysis and organizational improvement.
