Supporting Tax department for VAT Closings and accounting related topics.* Preparing monthly consolidation reporting package to HQ according to Group guideline* Preparing financial statements according to the IAS/ IFRS international accounting standards* Preparing data analysis and supporting schedules required in an audit process* Ensure monthly reconciliation and full understanding of the main balance sheet items coming from contract management system.* Ensure monthly reconciliation and full understanding of the main profit and loss items* Taking active part in international accounting and cross-functional projects* Actively participating in continuous improvement, standardization and reengineering of processes and controlsCompetences* Degree in Economics or similar* Minimum 5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably gained within one of the Big Four and/or working for a medium to large international company* Experience in Long Term Rental business* International Accounting Standards knowledge* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SAP application* SAS knowledge* Fluent in English* Excellent analytical and problem solving skills* Proactive and result-driven, able to set priorities a
