We're analytical, fast-moving, and deeply cross-functional — partnering closely with Product, Finance, Corporate Strategy, and Supply to shape Agoda's growth agenda. The opportunity We're looking for experience Marketing Growth Strategy & Analytics leaders to own high-impact commercial initiatives from strategy through execution. You'll translate business goals into structured plans, lead cross-functional programs, and use data and experimentation to unlock growth.
This role sits at the center of key decisions — influencing how we grow, price,
and operate across markets — with strong visibility to senior leadership. In this role, you'll get to Define and execute strategies within your scope — which may span areas like pricing, channel performance, customer acquisition, retention, or go-to-market — translating commercial priorities into testable hypotheses, scalable frameworks, and measurable outcomes.
Lead experimentation roadmaps, including A/B tests and other measurement approaches, to evaluate impact and sharpen decision-making. Analyze large, complex datasets to surface trends, opportunities, and risks; build dashboards and executive-ready narratives that communicate performance clearly. Model business impact, evaluate trade-offs, and support planning around P&L;, growth, and long-term value creation. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Corporate Strategy, Supply, and senior leadership to drive alignment and execution.
