Overview As Area Supervisor, you will drive distribution and sales performance for assigned markets, aligning with the brand's commercial plan. You lead the local sales team and manage partner networks to grow the customer base and portfolio. You will analyze performance, finalize results, and identify new business opportunities in collaboration with sales and legal teams. This role combines strategic market development with hands-on sales leadership and cross-functional collaboration to scale the brand.
Support Sales Management in market strategy implementation and portfolio development
Lead area sales team (agents, importers, branches) and set sales goals aligned with the commercial plan
Prepare periodic activity and area performance reports for Commercial Management and Brand Sales Supervisor
Analyze markets to propose new business opportunities and maximize customer acquisition with B2B CRM




Manage customer portfolios and strengthen commercial partnerships in assigned areas
Coordinate contract finalization (franchising, selective distribution, T&C;) with legal teams
Promote learning and innovation through proactive, team and digital activities
Handle on-site branch or direct customer management as needed
Ensure timely analysis flow for decision-makers and stakeholders
3–6 years of proven experience in similar roles
~ Solid background in the fashion industry with strong expertise in foreign markets
~ Professional working proficiency in English (minimum B2 level); French is a strong plus
~ Flexibility and willingness to travel (50% of the time)
~ Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Economics
