Overview As a Junior Buyer at Bolton Food, you'll support procurement across Oils, Ingredients and Smart Fish categories. You'll enable efficient purchasing, from SAP-based PO creation to tracking deliveries and contract progress, collaborating with multiple entities. You will contribute to price trend analyses and category reporting, helping the team optimize procurement in a fast-moving food business. This role offers exposure to cross-functional stakeholders and hands-on procurement in a global, sustainability-minded company.

Responsabilità
Create and manage purchase orders and contracts in SAP
Manage documentation for purchasing operations and logistics
Follow up on POs and monitor contract execution and deliveries, including schedules and consumption




Support Buyers across the Group's entities
Prepare analyses and reports on price trends and procurement activities for assigned categories
Requisiti fondamentali
~ Bachelor in Management Engineering
~6 months – 1 year of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain
~ Proficiency in Italian and English; Spanish nice to have
~ Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and Qlik Sense a plus
~ Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
~ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
