You will cultivate long-term partnerships with Greek brands and agencies, driving product adoption and scalable media solutions. You'll lead a cross-functional team to deepen market penetration, influence external narrative, and balance revenue with user growth. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with TikTok in Greece
Lead and expand local and global client relationships with product adoption and scaled solutions
Increase market penetration and deepen local partnerships
Shape external narrative and market presence for TikTok in Greece
Collaborate cross-functionally to improve products, processes, and client relationships




Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for optimized media solutions
Drive advertising growth in the country
Collaborate with international leadership to design and execute sales and growth strategy
Manage people including recruitment, talent development, organizational change and performance management
10+ years of experience in sales and digital media within media/tech companies
~ Experience hiring, managing, and developing individual contributors
~ Experience presenting to senior executive audiences
~ Excellent verbal and written English and Greek
