Overview
As a Junior Buyer at Bolton Food, you'll support procurement across Oils, Ingredients and Smart Fish categories. You'll enable efficient purchasing, from SAP-based PO creation to tracking deliveries and contract progress, collaborating with multiple entities. You will contribute to price trend analyses and category reporting, helping the team optimize procurement in a fast-moving food business. This role offers exposure to cross-functional stakeholders and hands-on procurement in a global, sustainability-minded company.

Responsabilità
- Create and manage purchase orders and contracts in SAP
- Manage documentation for purchasing operations and logistics
- Follow up on POs and monitor contract execution and deliveries, including schedules and consumption




- Support Buyers across the Group's entities
- Prepare analyses and reports on price trends and procurement activities for assigned categories

Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor in Management Engineering
- 6 months – 1 year of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain
- Proficiency in Italian and English; Spanish nice to have
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and Qlik Sense a plus
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
