Maintain hands-on coding and conduct technical reviews
Experiment with frontier models and evaluation harnesses, integrating effective solutions into the platform
Set the team's priorities in collaboration with TeamSystem product teams and the AI platform organization
Collaborate with Architecture to ensure a robust, scalable, and observable platform
5 years of software engineering experience with strong foundations in system design and modern practices
~ Hands-on experience with AI technologies (models, memory, evaluation harnesses, context management)
~ Proven track record building platforms or services used by other development teams, including API design and managing cross-team dependencies
~ Curiosity with a strong experimental mindset and quick prototyping abilities
~ Excellent communication and collaboration skills, fluent in Italian and English
