Lead operational delivery for assigned jobs and customers to ensure service excellence
Conduct health & safety–driven risk analyses and oversee field operations
Plan, coordinate, and optimize resource deployment and technical teams
Maintain proactive customer communication and ensure commitments are met
Own and drive financial KPIs (revenue, margin, profitability, utilization, absorption)
Collaborate with service delivery leaders to align resources with contractual obligations
Apply safety policies per Italian D.prepare and validate work permits including LOTO, PPE
Support risk assessment through on-site inspections with RSPP/HSE Managers
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Proven technical expertise in Industrial Refrigeration and/or the HVAC market
Minimum 5 years' experience managing field resources in a service environment
Strong safety mindset and knowledge of Italian H&S; regulations (D.Assertive, action-oriented leader with results-driven and innovative approach
Fluent in Italian with good knowledge of English (reading, writing, presentations)
Proficient in Excel, Word, and AI tools/LLMs
AspP certification (preferred)
