Productivity Premio: Up to 15% extra per month based on performance.
Fixed Monday to Friday schedule (08:00 – 21:00 rotative shifts) — Weekends Off
Paid Onboarding:



Full professional training on customer care tools and systems.
Provide high-quality support to Italian-speaking customers via calls, emails, and back-office channels.
Assist clients with parcel tracking, delivery scheduling, claims, billing, and technical queries.
Fluency in Italian (Native or C1 level).
Good English skills (Minimum B2 level).
Readiness to relocate to Greece.
Strong communication and basic computer skills (typing speed min. Valid EU Passport or legal right to work in the EU/Greece.
