Overview In this Barcelona‐based role you will lead data strategy to enhance risk decision‐making, ensuring analytical data is available, well‐structured and aligned with operations. You'll shape the Data Mesh, improve data quality, and design AI‐driven workflows to accelerate analysis and self‐service. You'll translate technical insights into actions for stakeholders and build robust feature stores for high‐volume data. Responsabilità
Design Data Architecture to develop the Data Mesh and federated data model with governed ownership
Ensure data quality and manage high‐volume batch processing for dashboards and models




Define AI‐powered workflows for data transformation and exploration to enable self‐service
Lead cross‐functional initiatives, translating insights into actionable data model improvements
Develop feature store capabilities with optimized code for large data workloads
Simplify complex data models into efficient relations easily queryable with SQL
Requisiti fondamentali
~5+ years in data engineering or analytics engineering
~ Proficiency in SQL and Python
~ Experience with Big Data, distributed processing, dbt, Airflow, Spark or similar
~ Hands‐on experience building ETL data pipelines
~ Excellent communication skills in English
