Overview
In this role you will define and drive a global cooling product line strategy to boost competitiveness, growth, and standardization. You will shape long-term direction, prioritize roadmaps across multiple product lines, and lead cross‐functional global initiatives aligned with business goals. You'll interact with leadership, customers, and regions to ensure a unified value proposition and successful market launches. Responsabilità
- Define long-term vision and influence portfolio strategy; lead roadmap execution across product lines.
- Drive standardization and simplification across offerings and report strategy and NPIs to leadership.

- Oversee messaging and value propositions; sponsor global launch programs and GTM readiness.
- Lead competitive strategy and technology scouting; translate market shifts into strategic themes.
- Guide portfolio pricing strategies, review major business cases, and oversee global pricing harmonization.
- Influence decisions through data-driven insights and communicate strategic findings to leaders.
- Align with regions and sponsor cross-functional programs; mentor Product Owners/Managers on strategic practices.
- Act as senior representative for strategic global customers and lead executive roadmap reviews.
