Agency Partner Manager - Global Business Solutions - Milan
Establish and manage client relationships with media agencies
Develop and execute a customer-led growth strategy
Bid optimisation, budget management / pacing management
Provide clients with the highest level of sales and customer service
Collaborate with internal teams globally across product, marketing, legal and engineering
Campaign Planning and Management
Facilitate clients' ad campaigns from start to finish
Manage internal account operations including account set up etc.
Conduct live platform demonstrations
Plan and build compelling storylines and data-driven presentations that are customised for clients' business and problems
Product Management
Serve as an external TikTok product consultant
Analyse data and glean insights to execute the client strategy and TikTok's marketing solutions
Experience in digital media sales, ad tech, or programmatic advertising, with experience specifically managing holding company relationships.
Proven track record of navigating, presenting to,



and influencing C-level executives (e.g. Investment Officers, Heads of Digital, Agency CEOs).
Experience managing a multi-million dollar book of business and a history of successfully negotiating complex Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and trading agreements.
Subject matter expertise in the full digital funnel—specifically auction/biddable media, performance marketing metrics, and social commerce solutions (e.g., TikTok Shop).
Ability to translate complex platform data, audience insights, and cultural trends into compelling business cases for strategic planners.
Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate across internal matrixed teams, specifically partnering with Client Solutions Managers (CSMs), Product, Ad Operations, and Marketing.
A strong grasp of the creator economy and short-form video best practices.
A proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly iterating, and sometimes ambiguous tech environment.
