Assess current IT landscape and define future-state architecture aligning with strategy
Guide enterprise application portfolio management, including investment, modernization, decommissioning, and consolidation
Monitor compliance of architecture landscape and flag implications for planning and roadmaps
Experience influencing architecture without direct delivery ownership
