ABOUT THE JOB The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in ensuring the achievement of the store business goals (sales and profitability) as well as to promote and enhance the brand, in line with corporate policies and procedures.
Sales and Customer Management Establish and implement Action Plans, in agreement with the Store Manager, in order to develop sales for each product category and customer segment
Always maintain a strategic approach focused on developing, monitoring and improving measurable statistics that drive the company towards quantitative and qualitative targets
To support the Store Manager in managing the team to maximize sales, traffic flow, floor coverage and customer engagement
Ensure implementation of CRM initiatives to develop a customer network for the shop
Team and Talent Management Ensure, in agreement with the Store Manager, the development of motivation, sense of belonging and company involvement
Customer Value and Service Proposition Support the Store Manager in creating, modelling and managing a highly productive sales environment by providing consistent training and coaching and leading by example at all times
Ensure visual merchandising and maintenance standards are met at all times
Brand Evangelization Feel, teach and educate brand aesthetics and embody a strong sense of fashion sensitivity and enthusi
