Overview In this role you will drive the omnichannel media strategy for Flutter's SEA region, shaping budgets and channel mix to maximize ROI and brand reach. You will lead social media, programmatic and traditional media efforts, coordinating with cross-functional teams to align launches and priorities. You'll own data-driven optimization, dashboards and insights to inform leadership, while managing agencies and budgets with autonomy. This position offers the chance to scale a growing digital footprint in a dynamic market and contribute to cross-country collaboration within the group.

Responsabilità
Define and optimize omnichannel media strategy including budget allocation and channel mix (Digital, Programmatic, Paid Social, Traditional Media)
Lead Social Media roadmap: content strategy, community management, paid amplification across platforms




Oversee Programmatic and performance ecosystem: DSP selection, audience targeting, real-time bidding optimization
Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Brand, Data, and E-commerce teams for launches and priorities
Manage agency relationships to ensure high-quality deliverables within deadlines
Drive data-driven optimization: KPIs, performance dashboards, actionable senior leadership insights
Oversee media budgets: tracking investments, negotiating agency fees, ensuring alignment with financial guidelines
Requisiti fondamentali
~5+ years in media planning, programmatic buying, and social media management (agency or in-house)
~ Autonomous strategic thinker with experience building multi-channel strategies from scratch
~ Deep knowledge of programmatic (DMPs, DSPs, Google Marketing Platform) and major paid social tools (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
~ Strong analytical skills with ability to translat
