About Tiger-Vac Europa Tiger-Vac specializes in the design and manufacture of certified portable industrial vacuum systems for contamination-controlled environments and hazardous locations. Tiger-Vac Europa S. R. L. supports customers and distributors across Europe from its European headquarters in Bologna, Italy. The Opportunity We are seeking a technically capable, commercially driven sales professional to grow Tiger Vac's direct business across Europe. This is a hands‐on field role combining direct business development, distributor support, technical product demonstrations, and customer site visits. The successful candidate will be comfortable opening new accounts, helping channel partners move opportunities to close, and representing Tiger-Vac in industrial environments where product knowledge and practical problem‐solving matters.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement new direct business by identifying, prospecting, qualifying, and converting end-user opportunities across Europe. Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline,



maintaining disciplined follow-up from initial contact through quotation and close. Plan and conduct professional product demonstrations at customer facilities, trade‐show events, and other field settings. Understand customer applications and translate technical requirements into appropriate Tiger-Vac solutions.
Work closely with internal teams on quotations, technical questions, lead times, special requirements, and order follow-through. Develop strong relationships with end users, becoming a trusted technical and commercial resource. Provide regular reporting on pipeline activity, opportunities, market feedback, competitor activity, and distributor development. Represent Tiger-Vac professionally and safely while working at industrial customer sites throughout Europe.
