About The Role VB Spine is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to maximize revenue through our network of reseller partners, including dealers, distributors, and value-added resellers. This individual contributor role focuses on identifying, recruiting, and supporting channel partners while driving sales performance, customer satisfaction, and market expansion.
Spine Sales Associate Location Emilia-Romagna What You'll Do Support surgical teams by prepping and managing spinal instrumentation and implants Learn spinal anatomy, imaging, and surgical techniques through structured training and real-world exposure Manage logistics and surgical inventory across hospital accounts Ensure successful surgical case coverage by staying sharp, responsive, and detail-oriented Work closely with surgeons, hospital staff, and your team to deliver outstanding service Represent VB Spine with professionalism, urgency, and integrity Education University degree preferred (Engineering, Nursing, Biology, or related fields) but not mandatory.
Experience & Qualifications Sales, business development,
