Overview In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams to optimize process quality and account performance. You'll propose and implement improvements to boost efficiency and business outcomes, while monitoring merchant health and guiding strategic decisions. Forecast revenue and report sales activities using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience
~ Experience in account management, client success, or sales in payments/tech/finance
~ Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives
~ Cross-functional collaboration experience with product, engineering, and operations
~ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
~ Proficiency with CRM tools to manage pipelines and forecast revenue
