Responsabilità
- Cultivate and grow relationships with key business stakeholders to deepen the Flexport partnership
- Monitor account health with clients and identify opportunities to improve the experience
- Identify, develop and close upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities
- Track client financial health and ensure timely payments
- Lead client onboarding and define standard operating procedures
- Scope and guide implementation stages and timelines for new opportunities
- Collaborate with global counterparts to maintain a consistent account experience
- Oversee client metrics with Global Operations and address escalations
- Prepare content for client touchpoints to highlight value and new opportunities
- Lead quarterly strategy reviews using deep client knowledge with minimal guidance
- Drive product adoption with client stakeholders to maximize Flexport value
- Document and refine client success criteria as needs evolve
- Continue learning through internal/external training to act as a trusted advisor
- Maintain Salesforce accounts and opportunity pipeline
Requisiti fondamentali
- 3-5 years in sales/account management or client-facing role
- Background in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain
- Client-centric mindset focused on outcomes and strategic planning
- Strong problem-solving, process orientation, and struct
