Responsabilità
~ Develop, optimize, troubleshoot, and execute analytical methods for protein-based products

Requisiti fondamentali




~8 years of relevant lab experience with protein-based products (or 5 years with PhD)
~ Degree in Biological Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or Pharmaceutical Chemistry
~ Knowledge of analytical techniques and instrumentation (UV, ELSD, MALS, fluorescence detectors; SDS-PAGE; capillary electrophoresis; immunochemical methods (Western blotting, ELISA); enzymatic reactions; UV spectroscopy; mass spectrometry)
~ Data analysis and statistical evaluation
~ Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
~ Chromatographic techniques with UV/ELSD/MALS/fluorescence detectors
~ SDS-PAGE
~ Capillary electrophoresis
~ Immunochemical techniques (Western blot, ELISA)
~ Enzymatic reactions
~ UV spectroscopy
