Support global tax projects, including group restructurings and M&A;
Provide technical support on international tax matters (permanent establishments, withholding taxes, intercompany transactions)
Identify and mitigate international tax risks across operations and projects
Manage relationships with external tax advisors and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders
Contribute to the implementation of Group Tax Guidelines and overall compliance
3 to 6 years of corporate tax experience in a multinational or tax advisory/consulting firm
~ Experience in FMCG or Fashion & Luxury sectors advantageous
~ Degree in Law, Economics, or Business Administration with focus on International Taxation
~ Fluency in English and good knowledge of Italian; other languages a plus
~ High integrity and professional ethics
~ Solid knowledge of international tax and regulatory systems
~ Analytical and tax research capabilities with tax databases
~ Application of international tax rules to practical scenarios
