8 years of experience in HR Controlling, People Analytics, Workforce Planning or Cost Controlling
~ Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field
~ Proficient in people cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting; advanced Excel and BI tools
~ Power BI or equivalent; SAP/SuccessFactors is a plus
~ Known for flexibility, accuracy, ownership, and attention to detail
~ Fluent in English
