Within this setup, the Technical Enablement team plays a critical role in ensuring that value stream teams have the technical foundations, tooling, infrastructure, and support needed to deliver efficiently and reliably. We are looking for an IT Support Consultant who enjoys solving complex technical problems, thrives in a collaborative environment, and takes ownership of issues from start to finish. The Technical Enablement team is often the last point of escalation when delivery teams encounter technical challenges.
