Overview In this role you will lead Southern Europe operations for Saint Laurent, focusing on compliant, sustainable store processes and efficient stock management. You will partner with store management to ensure consistent customer experience and execute omni-channel rollouts. You will oversee inventories, maintenance contracts, and new openings or relocations, driving turnover and space optimization. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role in a fast-paced luxury environment with travel across Southern Europe. You will influence operational standards and contribute to the brand's premium, cohesive retail experience.

Support day-to-day store operations in Southern Europe
Monitor customer service to deliver excellent experience and consistency across stores




Prepare and follow up inventories to ensure product turnover and space allocation
Manage maintenance suppliers and contracts
Lead operations for new openings, relocations, seasonal openings/closures
5+ years in retail operations in a fast-paced luxury retail environment
~ Experience in stock management and administrative tasks
~ Excellent project management skills
~ Excellent English skills (written and verbal); Spanish a plus
~ MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
~ Commitment to participate in an innovative project
~ Ability and flexibility to travel within Southern Europe (Italy, Spain, Greece, Portugal)
