In this role you will support the Italian companies' financial operations at the European Finance Shared Service Center, ensuring accurate closing, tax compliance, and treasury management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare financial statements and manage liquidity, contributing to compliant reporting and financial health. Responsabilità
- Treasury management activities including bank communications, bank guarantees, manual payments, and cash forecasting using TMS and BPC;
- Monthly close support with accounts payable/receivable review, general ledger postings, asset depreciation checks, and archiving VAT books;
- Assist in quarterly/year-end reports and notes to financial statements;
- Support external audit processes;
- Assist tax compliance activities (VAT, withholding certificates, Esterometro, Form 770, etc.) and related entries;
- Prepare monthly Intrastat and ISTAT reporting;
- Assist in managing customer-related legal matters and escalate issues to the Accounting, Treasury and Tax Manager;
Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree in Economics or Accounting diploma with substantial experience
- Knowledge of Italian accounting principles and IFRS
- Knowledge of tax and commercial law
- SAP experience
- MS Office IT skills
- Basic English; German advantageous
