Overview As Operations Manager, you will own automation and AI-driven improvements across Deel's global payroll processes. You'll build, test, and iterate AI-powered workflows (Akai) while leading end-to-end projects across multiple workstreams. You'll partner with engineering, product, and ops teams to fix gaps, surface leadership-ready insights, and drive efficiency at scale. This hands-on role rewards proactive problem solving and cross-functional collaboration to advance our global operations. 5+ years of experience in operations in a fast-paced environment

~ KPI-driven with track record of improving metrics
~ Exposure to process automation and operational tooling
~ Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights (SQL familiarity a plus)
