As an Account Manager, you cultivate key client relationships and grow the business by understanding client supply chains and delivering Flexport value. You will monitor account health, drive renewals and expansions, and guide onboarding and implementation. You act as a trusted advisor, using data to meet client expectations and promote product adoption. This role sits at the intersection of client success, operations, and sales, shaping outcomes for clients across a global logistics footprint.

Responsabilità
- Cultivate and grow relationships with key business stakeholders to deepen Flexport engagement
- Regularly review account health with clients and identify improvement opportunities
- Identify, develop, and close upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities
- Monitor client financial health and ensure timely payments
- Lead client onboarding and create standard operating procedures
- Scope and guide implementation timelines for new opportunities
- Collaborate with Global Operations to ensure metrics meet client expectations and resolve escalations
- Prepare and present quarterly strategy reviews with minimal guidance
- Drive product adoption with client stakeholders to maximize Flexport value
- Document and update client success criteria as needs evolve
- Continuously expand knowledge of supply chain processes through training
- Use data (e.g., Salesforce) to monitor book health and identify improvement opportunities
Requisiti fondamentali
- 2-4 years in sales, account management, or a client-facing role
- Background in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain preferred
- Client-centric mindset focused on outcomes and strategic account planning
- Hands-on, process-oriented, structured thinking with strong problem-solving
