We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our team as a multilingual Solution Specialist. In this role, you will support the Sales team during the pre‐sales phase, working closely with potential B2B customers across the DACH market. You will act as the technical and product expert during demos and discovery calls, ensuring prospects understand how our SaaS platform solves their specific business needs. You will collaborate with internal teams and act as a bridge between Sales, Product, and Customer Success to drive successful deal closure and long‐term customer value.
Customer & sales support: support the Sales team during pre‐sales activities, including discovery calls, technical deep dives, and live product demos.
Engage with hotel groups, property managers, and business stakeholders, translating their needs into clear product use cases and solutions.
Solution design & demos: prepare and deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned with each prospect's business context. Coordinate with internal technical, product, or engineering teams when deeper validation or clarification is needed.
Customer education: guide prospects through product capabilities, best practices, and implementation approaches, helping them understand how Smartness fits into their operational and revenue workflows.
Support the continuous improvement of demo scripts, technical playbooks, and solution templates.
Customer advocacy: collect structured feedback from prospects and early‐stage customers and represent their needs internally. Work closely with Product and Customer Success to improve positioning, features, and go‐to‐market messaging.
