Who we are looking for: We are currently looking for a brilliant and motivated intern to join our Marketing team at the Padova HQ . The internship will last 6 months and offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‐on experience in the eyewear industry and a comprehensive overview of the work carried out by the Brand Management – Licensed Brands team .
As Brand Management Intern, you will gain experience in:
quantitative and qualitative analysis of sales data and related reporting;
market analysis, product positioning, and competitor analysis;
managing the development of collections in collaboration with the Product Development, R&D;, and Design departments (e.g. preparing briefs for new collections, creating presentations for new product launches, etc.);
developing tools to support the sales force for both sell‐in and sell‐out activities;
developing trade marketing materials to support the launch of new collections;
collecting qualitative and quantitative feedback from subsidiaries regarding distribution strategies and product potential;
managing relationships with license partners and suppliers (e.g. marketing agencies).
