Roboze is reshaping the manufacturing industry and revolutionizing the world of 3D printing with the most precise technology for high-performance super materials, producing parts on demand at a local level through its network of distributed microfactories — enabling companies to reduce costs and lead times by shortening their supply chain phases and digitalizing inventory.
Roboze's mission is to accelerate the world's transition toward sustainable manufacturing
At Roboze, we hire the best to encourage TALENT to give their best, providing them with the right approach, methodology, and tools to make a lasting impact. We embrace mistakes and autonomous decision-making with the growth of the entire company in mind, not just a single team or department. For us, success is the result of the quality of daily work. Results give us the strength to grow as a company and as a team
At the heart of Roboze lies passion, the desire to innovate, to turn dreams into successful projects, to always welcome talent and nurture new ones around a shared purpose.
We are at the beginning of a new phase of our evolution — as human beings and as entrepreneurs. We stand at the threshold of a new way of creating innovation: the only viable path is a sustainable future for everyone. It's a virtuous change of course and the only possible answer to the question: what will tomorrow look like? Redesign it with us
