What You'll Be Responsible For
Strategic & Commercial Leadership
Drive the overall commercial strategy and long-term positioning of the resort
Act as a key sparring partner for strategic decisions and business development
Shape pricing, sales, distribution, and market positioning
Identify growth opportunities across markets, segments, and seasons
Revenue & Performance
Lead revenue management, forecasting, and demand planning
Translate performance data into clear, actionable
