Overview In this role you guide and manage CI efforts across key value streams to improve quality, safety, delivery, and cost. You lead lean initiatives regionally and are responsible for delivering Yellow and Green Belt training. You work within Littelfuse's culture of collaboration and growth to drive measurable improvements. This is a global, virtual role supporting teams across locations, contributing to innovation and long-term value creation.

Coaching and managing work activities with possible full management accountability for team performance and development Lead continuous improvement projects on value streams critical to Littelfuse,



focusing on production and administrative processes Define lean initiatives aligned with regional operational plans Deliver Yellow and Green Belt training Support other duties as assigned

Requisiti fondamentali

Experience leading CI projects with focus on quality, safety, delivery, and cost Ability to coach and develop teams and manage performance Knowledge of lean methodologies and regional implementation Experience delivering Lean Six Sigma belt training collaborative results-driven communication Lean Six Sigma (Yellow/Green Belt) value stream mapping
