As part of the Miele Pro Active transformation program, we are looking for an experienced Finance Transformation Lead – Costing, Process Excellence & Integration (m/f/d) to lead the organizational, process and business transformation required to establish the future costing operating model across SteelcoBelimed.
In this role, you will help ensure executive alignment, stakeholder engagement and successful organizational adoption across our business units, while supporting alignment with Miele standards and integration into the Miele framework.
Your tasks & responsibilities
- Lead the organizational and business process transformation associated with the costing initiative.
- Coordinate the implementation of target Finance ERP and process standards.
- Drive the execution and implementation of the transformation roadmap from the current state to the target operating model by 2028.
- Liaise with stakeholders across Finance, Controlling, Operations and IT and ensure alignment between the different functions.
- Manage dependencies with the Post-Merger Integration program and Miele integration activities.
- Lead organizational change management across all entities to ensure successful adoption of the future costing and controlling model.
- Identify risks and issues throughout the program and define appropriate mitigation actions.
- Coordinate internal and external resources, including project organization and resource planning.
- Ensure business readiness for go-live, including organizational preparation, training and adoption of the future operating model.
- Facilitate executive decision-making and resolve cross-functional alignment issues.
Your Profile
Education & Experinece
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Management Engineering, a related field or equivalent qualification.
- Proven track record leading large-scale finance and business transformation programs.
- Experience leading organizational change and business transformation initiatives, including business readiness and adoption activities.
- Proven experience with standard costing implementation and cost accounting methodologies.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing finance and controlling environments.
- Proven track record in SAP transformation.
- Experience with ERP implementations and finance transformation initiatives.
- Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder international organizations.
- Experience with post-merger integration is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong project leadership, execution excellence and results orientation.
- Strong organizational change management and business adoption capabilities.
- Expertise in standard costing, manufacturing controlling and master data management.
- Experience in controlling operating model design, process governance and process harmonization.
- Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution ability.
- Strong understanding of SAP FI/CO and manufacturing integration.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and risk management capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively across functions and with stakeholders at different organizational levels.
- Fluent English required; German and Italian are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Europe (approximately 10–20%).
