How you’ll make a difference
Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale data platforms based on Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks and Azure Synapse Analytics.
Design and implement innovative solutions for medium and large enterprises as part of their Digital Transformation initiatives.
Gain exposure to and deepen your understanding of business processes across a variety of domains, including sales, finance & controlling, logistics, customer service, marketing, Internet of Things (IoT), and more.
Explore and work with other Microsoft technologies and platforms such as Microsoft 365, Teams, Artificial Intelligence, and Dynamics 365.
Thrive in a dynamic and stimulating environment that supports your professional growth, alongside skilled, motivated, and collaborative teammates.
Define solution architecture, effort estimations and delivery approach for data and AI initiatives.
Contribute to pre-sales initiatives by engaging with clients, gathering business requirements, presenting solution approaches, and supporting the definition of tailored data and AI solutions. #LI-hybrid

What we’re looking for
Proven experience designing and implementing modern data platforms on Microsoft Azure.
Strong expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics and SQL Server.
Experience designing and implementing Lakehouse architectures and scalable data pipelines.
Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT patterns, data modeling and data integration practices.
Experience working with enterprise-scale data ecosystems and complex integration scenarios.
Ability to guide technical decisions and support architectural discussions with clients and internal teams.
Experience managing project activities, timelines, and cross-functional teams.
Willingness to travel for short, medium, or long-term assignments.
English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
The gross annual salary for this position ranges from €30,000 to €45,000. It may be adjusted based on the candidate’s skills and experience beyond the required level. The role is covered by the CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria (CNEL code C011).
