pClinical Site Associate/ Inhouse CRA/ Milan, Italy /p /brpICON is a global healthcare intelligence and clinical research organisation united by a mission to bring new medicines and treatments to patients faster. /p /brpAs a values-driven organisation, integrity, collaboration, agility, and inclusion are at the heart of how we work and interact with each other, customers, patients and suppliers. /p /brpAs a Clinical Site Associate at ICON, you will support site management activities and ensure that clinical trials are conducted efficiently, compliantly, and to the highest quality standards. /p /brh3What You Will Do /h3 /brpYou will contribute to scientific operations activities, taking responsibility for your deliverables and working collaboratively. /p /brh3Key Responsibilities Include /h3 /brul /brliSupporting site activation activities, including the collection, review, and tracking of essential documents and approvals. /li /brliMaintaining up-to-date site information and status in clinical trial management systems and trackers. /li /brliAssisting CRAs and project teams with site communications, follow-up, and resolution of site-level queries. /li /brliCoordinating logistics for site visits and meetings, including scheduling, documentation preparation, and follow-up actions. /li /brliEnsuring accurate filing and maintenance of essential documents to support inspection and audit readiness. /li /brliCollaborating with internal stakeholders to support timely site payment processing and issue resolution. /li /brliContributing to process improvement initiatives and sharing best practices to enhance site support efficiency.



/li /br /ul /brh3Your Profile /h3 /brpYou will bring relevant scientific operations experience, along with the following qualifications and skills. /p /brh3Required Qualifications And Experience /h3 /brul /brliBachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. /li /brliInitial experience in clinical research, administration, or a similar regulated environment is preferred. /li /brliStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines. /li /brliHigh attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry. /li /brliEffective written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused approach to site support. /li /brliProficiency with MS Office and comfort working with electronic systems and databases. /li /brliAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities. /li /brliWillingness to travel as required (approximately 10%). /li /br /ul /brh3What ICON Can Offer You /h3 /brpOur success depends on the quality of our people.
