h3Mechanical Supervisor (Data Centre – Milan) /h3pGraphene Recruitment Group /ppMechanical Supervisor – Data Centre Project, Milan Italy /ppLocation: Milan, Italy /ppRota: 2 weeks on site / long weekend home rotation (fly out Tuesday morning, fly home Friday morning, every 2 weeks) /ppRate: £400 per day /ppPackage: Flights, accommodation and expenses covered /ppWe're recruiting an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join a live data centre project in Milan. This is a 6–8 week assignment on a rotational shift pattern, giving you regular time back home while working on a high-spec, fast-paced environment. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliSupervise and coordinate day-to-day mechanical installation works on site, ensuring works are delivered to programme and to specification /liliManage and direct mechanical subcontractors and labour, allocating tasks and monitoring output/productivity /liliCarry out regular site walks and inspections to identify snags, quality issues, and installation defects before they become problems /liliLiaise with the Project Manager and other trade supervisors (electrical, BMS, fire, etc.) to ensure works are coordinated and clash-free /liliReview and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications and method statements to ensure correct installation /liliEnsure all works are carried out in line with health safety regulations and company/client procedures /liliComplete and maintain all relevant HS and site paperwork — including RAMS, permits to work, toolbox talks,



and daily site diaries /liliMonitor and enforce PPE compliance and safe working practices across the mechanical team /liliManage plant, tools and materials on site, ensuring availability and minimising delays /liliSupport snagging and de-snagging processes, tracking outstanding items through to close-out /liliAttend site progress meetings and report on mechanical progress, risks and issues /liliSupport commissioning activities and handover documentation as required /liliEnsure quality control checks are carried out and documented in line with client requirements /liliSupport and mentor mechanical operatives on site, promoting a strong safety and quality culture /li /ulh3What We're Looking For /h3ulliProven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor, ideally on data centre. /liliStrong track record of seeing projects through. /liliConfident and thorough with site walks, inspections and quality checks /liliSolid working knowledge of HS requirements and site documentation/paperwork /liliComfortable managing subcontractors and coordinating with other trades /liliAble to read and work from mechanical drawings and specifications /liliRelevant certifications (e.g. CSCS/SSSTS/SMSTS, First Aid) and right to work /liliWilling to work the 2-weeks-on rotational pattern and travel to Milan /li /ulh3Package /h3ulli£400 per day /liliFlights, accommodation and expenses covered /li /ulpEU right to work required /pp(Key Words: Mechanical Supervisor, Mechanical Site Manager, Mechanical Construction Manager) /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
