DescriptionSe desidera conoscere i requisiti per questo ruolo, continui a leggere per trovare tutte le informazioni pertinenti.He/She assists the Compliance & AML Manager and collaborate with the Compliance Specialist Sr. in ensuring ongoing monitoring, assessment and follows up about any modifications to imperative regulations and quantify business impact in order to give advice to all Departments and Branch ManagementHe/She assists the Compliance & AML Manager and collaborate with the Compliance Specialist Sr. in ensuring ongoing monitoring, assessment and follows up about any modifications to imperative regulations and quantify business impact in order to give advice to all Departments and Branch ManagementRole and duty – core businessTo provide regulatory advice to all Departments (with assessment of the impact on the organization and processes) on Compliance issues related to Anti-Money Laundering, Criminal Acts and Anti - corruption, Anti – Trust, Consumer Protection Law, Usury etc…; To ensure steady monitoring on regulations’ evolutions in order to conduct the Compliance Risk Assessment activities aimed at assessing compliance risk and the related mitigation actions; To establish and conduct testing programmes (and related methodologies)
to assess the degree of compliance with external / internal regulations; To ensure the monitoring of the complaints’ handling by carrying out an ongoing analysis of the complaints data in order to identify recurring critical issues and detect adequate mitigation action; To ensure steady monitoring of security measures in place in order to prevent the risk of verification of criminal acts (conflicts of interest; anti – corruption;invitations and gifts); To ensure trainings on compliance matters to all Departments; To draw up and review the internal regulations and policies; To collaborate with Headquarter Departments in outsourcing process; To collaborate with Headquarter Departments in Internal Control System process; To collaborate with Headquarter Departments in Compliance Risk Management; xysqume Toactively participate in compliance projects from time to time.CompetencesBasic Knowledge of VOLKSWAGEN FINANCIAL SERVICES products and services and internal proceduresBasic Knowledge of main laws and regulations applicable to VOLKSWAGEN FINANCIAL SERVICESBasic Knowledge of compliance risk modelsBasic Knowledge of VWB back office activitiesBasic experience/knowledge in AML tasks/topicsPersonal flairsProactive AttitudeOpen to feedback, and able to adjust to new situationsPositive Mindset#J-18808-Ljbffr
