h3Job Description Summary /h3 pWe are seeking a Logistic Specialist to join our team at the Brindisi site. /p pIn this role you will be responsible for the optimization of logistic material flows, the management of inbound and outbound shipments, and the relations with customs, ensuring operational efficiency and on-time delivery performance. /p h3Job Description /h3 h3Essential Responsibilities: /h3 ul lipManage operational and administrative activities related to import and export processes /p /li lipSupport and oversee customs-related procedures and documentation /p /li lipCoordinate and monitor both inbound and outbound shipments /p /li lipOptimize the flow of goods throughout the logistics process to improve efficiency and delivery performance /p /li lipEnsure the accuracy and completeness of shipping, transport, and customs documentation /p /li lipPrepare and supervise all necessary logistics documentation, including delivery notes, transport documents (DDT), and import/export customs documentation /p /li lipTrack and analyze key logistics KPIs, including delivery lead times, order accuracy, and transportation costs, to identify improvement opportunities /p /li lipManage and resolve operational issues in a timely manner, including delivery delays, lost shipments, and non-conforming goods /p /li lipBasic understanding of the main business drivers; uses this knowledge to carry out assigned responsibilities. Good understanding of how their team integrates with others and contributes to the function. May exercise a degree of autonomy in making decisions within a defined scope.



Solves problems in situations that require sound technical knowledge and judgment within established procedures /p /li lipConsults more experienced team members on issues that fall outside defined instructions/parameters /p /li lipCollaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with procedures and the effective execution of logistics activities /p /li lipContribute to the continuous improvement of logistics processes to enhance service, efficiency, and operational reliability /p /li /ul h3Required Qualifications: /h3 ul lipBachelor’s degree in STEM subjects including Economics /p /li lipPrevious experience in logistics, import/export, or others material management roles /p /li lipStrong organizational, analytical, and coordination skills /p /li lipWork Visa, according to local regulation, is required /p /li lipProficient in computer Skills, MS Office package, SAP /p /li lipFluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken /p /li /ul h3Desired Characteristics: /h3 ul lipStrong problem-solving capabilities /p /li lipBasic knowledge of lean manufacturing principles /p /li lipGood interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills /p /li lipFlexibility, proactive attitude and adaptability /p /li /ul h3Why Join Us: /h3 pAt Avio Aero, people power our progress.
