The People Partner is situated within the Division "Pharma Food Application". We will consider all equal and we welcome all applications. /ph3Responsibilities / Tasks /h3ulliSparring partner and coach for the management at tactical and strategic level. /liliHR development, co-responsible for the design of HR policies and instruments. /liliNegotiation, execution and checkup of work agreements, the Collective Labor Agreement (CAO) and legally defined, as well as internal, policies and arrangements. /liliSupporting the management with recruitment (onboarding), employee development and off boarding. /liliEducation, development and career planning. /liliDevelopment and application of working conditions. /liliOrganization development. /liliExecution of (global) HR projects. /li /ulh3Your Profile / Qualifications /h3ulliYou hold a bachelor (BSc) or master (MSc)



degree in or related to Human Resources Management. /liliYou have 10 years' experience with general HR themes. /liliYou have a hands-on mentality and like to be part of the operational dynamics. /liliYou have relevant experience in an engineering and technical environment, (plus) part of an international matrix organization or in global industries with a production. /liliYou have a high sense of integrity and open communication. /liliYou have experience with labor relations and a solid understanding of the Collective Labor Agreement. /liliYou have a structured way of working; analytical skills and you are a real initiator. /liliYour Italian and English language skills are excellent (C1-C2). /li /ulh3What We Offer /h3pThe position falls under the Italian National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Metalworking Industry, with job classification and level to be defined based on the candidate's experience and skills. /ppThe indicative gross annual salary range for this role is between €50,000 and €70,000 , depending on experience, technical expertise, level of autonomy, and market alignment. /ppThe overall compensation package may also include variable components and additional company benefits, which will be discussed during the selection process. /ppGEA is proudly certified as a Top Employer, confirming our commitment to employee well-being, development, and empowerment. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
