Operating worldwide, the group supports major industrial players on complex and high-value projects within the Oil Gas, energy, and process industries. /ppAs part of the reinforcement of our operations in Italy, we are currently looking for a bMaintenance Superintendent /b to join an onshore industrialb Oil Gas site /b located in bBasilicata, Italy. /b /ph3Job Description /h3ulliCoordinate and supervise site maintenance activities /liliParticipate in HAZID, HAZOP, fault tree analysis, PTW processes, and HSE meetings /liliDefine maintenance priorities in coordination with operational teams /liliMonitor critical parameters of static and rotating equipment (vibrations, temperatures, pressures, availability, efficiency, etc.)
/liliSupport the implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance strategies /liliOptimize short- and long-term maintenance plans /liliEnsure compliance with site maintenance procedures and policies /liliLiaise with inspection teams to optimize equipment shutdown periods /liliParticipate in daily PTW meetings and regular maintenance meetings /liliEnsure availability of spare parts and consumables /liliAnalyze breakdowns and production shortfalls /liliContribute to maintenance budgeting activities /liliEvaluate maintenance contractors' performance and ensure HSE compliance /liliMonitor and report maintenance KPIs /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3pbEducation /b /pulliEngineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation disciplines /li /ulpbExperience /b /pulliMinimum 10 years of experience in industrial maintenance activities /liliAt least 5 years of experience in operational maintenance within Oil Gas facilities /li /ulpbTechnical Skills /b /pulliStrong experience in industrial maintenance operations /liliGood knowledge of maintenance contracts management /liliFamiliarity with rotating equipment and reliability strategies /liliUnderstanding of HSE standards and industrial site requirements /li /ulpbLanguages /b /pulliItalian would be considered a strong advantage /li /ulh3Additional Information /h3ulliSector: Oil Gas /liliContract Duration: 1 year renewable /liliRotation Schedule: 28/28 /liliWorking Hours: 12 hours/day /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
